Now that you’ve bought all the Christmas presents AND wrapped them {bahahahaha! If you have, I am completely impressed.}, it’s now time for gift tags! Cute free Printable Farmhouse Christmas Gift Tags, to be exact.

This is what we gave friends and neighbors this year! We made our usual Peppermint Chex Mix, {I use this recipe, but omit the candy canes.} put it in mason jars, and topped with these adorable Farmhouse Christmas Gift tags. I even made a cute coordinating mason jar lid cover too. {Yep, you’ll get both files for free below!}

I added silver eyelets to add a personalized touch and make the tags a little extra “fancy”. ha!

I printed off the Farmhouse Christmas Gift Tags I designed with my Canon TS9020 Printer on Matte Paper card stock. Love the vibrant colors it prints!

DIY Farmhouse Christmas gift tags with FREE PRINTABLE

I cut the tags out and then used a Crop-a-Dile to punch a hole in the top of the tags. Then I used the Crop-a-dile to set 5/32″ silver eyelets in the holes.

Then I used a 2.5″ circle punch to cut out mason jar lid covers. If you don’t have a circle punch that size, you can always lay a mason jar lid on the paper and trace and cut it out.

Then I topped with a grosgrain black ribbon bow and handed them out!
