St. Patrick’s Day Owl Treat Boxes
If you need a cute St. Patrick’s Day treat idea, these little owl treat pillow boxes are perfect! They’re adorable and kids of all ages will be able to open them right up.
I whipped up the CUTEST little owl pillow boxes for St. Patrick’s Day using my Silhouette CAMEO. I filled the little boxes with milk chocolate gold foil nuggets. The little shamrock tag says, “Who’s lucky?”. These are perfect for kids, parties, neighbors, preschool, or just for fun! They are sure make anyone smile! I mean, who doesn’t love a cute owl?? I know I’m always a sucker for an owl!
The owl pillow boxes turned out so stinkin adorable! I love them! I love how the shape of the pillow box works so perfectly for a little owl because the curve of the top looks like owl ears.
Oh and his cross eyed eyes! Cuteness!!
And of course, bakers twine always makes everything better, right?!
How To Make St. Patrick’s Day Owls Treat Boxes
I used my Silhouette CAMEO, kraft paper cardstock, Silhouette shapes #33498 and #37779, and the sketch pens {for the tags} to make the little owl boxes. After I cut them out, I weeded them out, I glued the eyes and noses on each one. Then I used my fingers to sort of ruffle the feathers on each owl’s chest. Then I folded up the boxes into their pillow shape with the chocolate candy on the inside. Super easy!!
