I know you’ve seen it everywhere….Heat Transfer is quite the popular material to craft with! Its easy to use, machine washable, and holds up well after a lot of wear. Yes, I know from experience! My boys are tough on clothes and some of the shirts you see above have been worn for 2-3 years between my two boys with little signs of wear.
I love using heat transfer to make custom shirts for my kids, create my own home decor, holiday crafts, and update my wardrobe.

I made my daughter a frozen shirt with a heat transfer, silver glitter snowflake.
I’ve used heat transfer twice! The first time I made shirts for my parents a surprise for their craft business so that they looked sharp at trade shows! The second time I made fun shirts for my girls trip to Chicago for St. Pats!!! I’d love to make some more though!!! I recently found out that a co-worker is expecting twins and I’m already dreaming up cute onesies!

I have never used one of these machines, I make stencils the old fashioned way.
It takes forever to trace letters and try to space properly and cut them out. Sadly only a few uses later, the paper gets distorted and you have to make the paper stencil over again. I would love one of these machines.
