Well, I finally found a place that sells them at a reasonable price, the Sunshine Shoppe Supply! These guys carry all kinds of awesome crafting supplies from fold over elastic to fabric flowers to hardware to bloomers! Lisa, a pharmacist turned handmade business owner, started out making snap clips for her new baby daughter back in 2009. You can find her finished products at Sunshine Shoppe. She prides herself in high quality products and carries designs that you won’t see anywhere else! She employs 10-12 local women to help her run her shops.
They sell the supplies to make all sorts of headbands and top hats.
You can find fold over elastic, DIY kits, rhinestone mesh, grograin ribbon, shabby flowers {perfect to make barefoot sandals with!}, headbands and tons more!
They have blanks, clips, and everything you need to make all sorts of hair accessories.
