Free Spring Printable Note Card

Happy First day of Spring! I know that here in Central Florida, we haven’t felt the pain that many of you have this winter with the trillion snow days, icy conditions, and storm after storm, but it’s still be pretty cold for us! Over this past week I finally felt like I could wear short sleeves again and soak in some sun….and then there are the flowers… they are starting to bloom!!! YAY! I think that the Spring this year will bring a lot of smiles to a lot of people who are ready to thaw out a little!

With that said, I also needed some new note cards, something I could send as a Thank You or just to say Hello, so I decided I would make my own and share them here with you! What a better way to ring in the spring than with watercolor flowers and a “smile”!

I used pen and watercolor to come up with the design, then scanned it in to add text. Once you download the file, there will be 2 notecards on a 8.5″ x 11″ page. I suggest printing on white #110 card stock, though you could do a light color too. Finally, use a straight edge to cut the two cards apart and then fold each card in half! The finished size is 5.5″ x 4.25″, which is perfect for the small note card envelopes! I picked up these cute Kraft envelopes from the craft store and they match great! I think I may even make a few notecard sets to send friends!
