With Thanksgiving only DAYS AWAY (insert freak out), I was scrambling to figure out a Thanksgiving hostess gift for our awesome hosts this year. This is what I came up with!
DIY Thanksgiving Hostess Gift
We do not live close to any family so we are so thankful to our hosts for inviting us over. So this Free Printable Thanksgiving Hostess Bottle Neck Tag was the perfect gift! 
Our hosts don’t drink alcohol (neither do we, here is why) so I used Sparkling Apple Cider. But this cute bottle neck hanger would work great on wine bottles as well. 
I added a little scrap of Kraft Paper to the bottom of this tag for a little added color.
Easy Thanksgiving Hostess Gift Idea
Supplies:
- Free Printable Thanksgiving Bottle Neck Tag (click to download)
- Paper Trimmer or Scissors
- 2″ Circle Hole Punch
- Printer (I used my Canon TS9020)
- Cardstock, Kraft Paper, Scrapbook Paper
- Download and print my free Thanksgiving Hostess Bottle Tag Printable. Look how nicely my TS9020 did printing on patterned scrapbook paper!
This free printable Thanksgiving Bottle Neck Tag printable is perfect for Thanksgiving Teacher gifts too! I printed out a couple extra to give to my kiddos’ teachers. 
2. Cut out the tag using scissors or paper trimmer. 
3. Use a 2″ circle hole punch to punch out a hole for the tag to slip over the neck of the bottle. You could also use a craft knife or scissors to do this. 
4. Slide your tag onto your bottle neck and then tie on a bow! (bow is optional) 
This Thanksgiving Bottle Neck hanger tag is perfect for Teacher Gifts, Hostess Gifts, or even Neighbor gifts. Ok, basically anybody you’re thankful for. ha!
