I just had to share this email I got from Kim over at 1000 Words Photography…..
Burlap Rosette Fall Wreath
“Hi Linda. I am sending you this project because it all started with you posting the photo of the orange burlap. I’m a sucker for orange so I drove directly to JoAnn and bought a little of every color of burlap they had. (but mostly orange!) Here is what I ended up with: I can hardly wait until September when I can actually put in on the door! Fall can’t get here fast enough!” -Kim It all started with Orange burlap! I love it when inspiration strikes out of no where when you’re least expecting it. Want to make a wreath like Kim’s Burlap Rosette wreath? You can find an easy How to make Burlap Rosette tutorial here. Use wreath form and 5 different colors of burlap to make burlap rosettes out of, and then hot glue all over the wreath form. Would be fun to add a monogram and hang with some ribbon or fabric scraps for an elegant touch.
I hope you were inspired but this pretty Fall Burlap Wreath! If you’re looking for more Fall Wreath ideas, check out my Fall Burlap Bubble Wreath and my Interchangeable Fall wreath tutorials. Or follow along on Pinterest for loads of ideas from around the web.

Love it!
Beautiful. I don't know if I'd wait until Fall to hang it?
Yes, it is gorgeous. I think I need to get to JoAnns!
So adorable!!! If I wasn't on a craft moratorium, I'd be running right out to JoAnn today!
It is gorgeous.
That is gorgeous! (And I have to say I'm *GASP* not really a big fan of burlap). Seeing this beautiful wreath makes me want to try it out!
GORGEOUS!!
I am not a fan of burlap but this is pretty! Very 'fall'! How great you inspired someone to create something so pretty just by posting a picture!!
Love…love it Linda! I've been on the hunt ever since you posted about orange burlap. I found lots of colors at Hobby Lobby….looks like I may have to make myself a wreath!
Love it!
I love the mix of colors. Fabulous!
Could you post a link to her site/blog? Thanks.

Would you mind posting the link to the tutorial? I would love to know how to make the flowers? Thanks so much!
Love this! I can not get enough burlap!
Gorgeous!!! We need a tutorial on that for sure…. pretty please!?
Hey everyone,
There's a link to Kim's photog blog at the beginning of the post. She does not have a craft blog (yet.I'm trying to get her to start one!). I will see if she'd be willing to write a tutorial for her wreath or at least those gorgeous burlap flowers.
thanks!!
Linda
I love this wreath too! A tutorial would be great, but even a photo of the back would be helpful. I want to see how she made it. Thanks for sharing!
sooooooo pretty! Love the colors! The rosettes are perfect and all of those colors….wow! Nice job Kim!
Kara
Love that wreath!! The colors are perfect and the fact that it is burlap is an added plus!

love, love, love!
OMG!!! So gorgeous! I am SO jealous that I do not have a JoAnn's close.
I think that there is about to be a burlap shortage!
Such a beautiful wreath! Thank you for sharing! I'm thinking I need to take a trip to the store for some burlap… :-)
did she ever tell how she did the burlap flowers and adhere them to the wreath?? I am sitting here with a beautiful stack of colored burlap…ready to go! :)
Did we ever find out how to make this wreath? I went to the link to Kim’s website (which is LOVELY by the way) and there are no instructions, just her gorgeous photography with a catchy song playing. I’m going to try to recreate this on my own, because it is so beautiful and perfect.
Hi Cheryl,
No, she never wrote a tutorial for her awesome burlap flowers. :( I have a burlap rose tutorial that is kind of similar to hers: https://www.craftaholicsanonymous.net/2010/11/burlap-roses-tutorial.html but they’re not quite the same.
happy crafting,
Linda
lovely
This is incredibly beautiful! I’m so excited to try it! I’ve been 2 both craft stores in my area though, and the only thing 1 has left is colored burlap, with wire, like a ribbon type thing. I’m guessing that wouldn’t work? Do you have any ideas where I could order this online?
Again, thank-you for such an incredibly beautiful idea, I hope I can get mine to look even half as nice as yours! Pinning!
