The new look of Craftaholics Anonymous!

you may have noticed that Craftaholics Anonymous has undergone huge changes in the past 2 months.

all good ones, of course! but in case you missed what was going on, here’s what has changed….

  • first week of February, i moved over to my domain,
  • got a makeover from Heidi at Sew.Craft.Create beg. of April and added the teal to the yellow and gray color scheme for a “spring look” {which i love!! thanks Heidi!}
  • and a little over a week ago, i took the plunge and switched blogging platforms over to WordPress with the help of Aaron at RFE Hosting. there were a few hiccups {as in 7,000 of you disappeared for a couple days. YIKES!} but in the end, it all worked out and everyone transferred over. phew!!!! {thanks for your help Aaron!}

so, with that said, i think i am going to relax for awhile and stop changing things around here….at least for a month or so. haha

Hi! I'm Linda, the craft addict behind Craftaholics Anonymous®, a craft blog. Crafting is cheaper than therapy, right? When I'm not DIYing something, I can be found taxiing around our 4 crazy kids or working out. Or shoe shopping... because you can never have too many shoes! Happy crafting! ♥

    Linda, It all looks so beautiful. Sounds like it was a lot of work, but it looks gorgeous. Just yesterday my friend Kristen (from My Junk Drawer) and I were talking about how amazing you are.

    thanks for making sure you didn’t lose us! a few people in my blogger read list fell off once they switched away from blogger and I never knew until I wondered why they haven’t posted in awhile!

    I have noticed a few bloogers have made the wordpress change lately. Why did you switch to wordpress? Is it easier to use?

    From my perspective, the change was pretty seamless. I’m just curious how you like WordPress vs. Blogger for composing and publishing. A little benchmark post maybe ??
