Happy {giveaway} Thursday! I love Thursdays, don’t you? Well, today I have an awesome giveaway from one of my all time favorite sign shops, Barn Owl Primitives. Kristi, the shop owner, is such an awesome gal! You may have seen her designs in Target and other large chain stores. She’s amazing!

This ‘You are my Sunshine’ sign is one of my absolute fave signs! The fonts are perfect and the buttery yellow is to die for!
Krisit hand paints her signs and she has mad distressing skills. Her signs are distressed to perfection! She does a really good job on them!
Kristi made this sign for me for our master bedroom makeover. {the makeover is in the works. it may be awhile before its done!} She did custom colors for me and they turned out perfect! They are exactly right on. I love it! I know exactly where I’m going to hang it in our room.
This sign was inspired from an ad painted on the side of an old barn. I totally want this for my kitchen! What a cute saying.
Be Real. This is such a perfect reminder to be you and be real!
I want this quote in our home someday. My parents taught me the value of hard work and its something I most definitely want to teach my sons.

I love Barn Owl Primitives! I have one or two things but wish I could afford more!
I didn’t see the prompt until after commenting! I would love that ice cream sign for my kitchen, or one for my family room with something like Randy Newman’s “You’ve Got a Friend in Me.”

I LOVE “you are my sunshine”! I used to sing it to my son when he was a baby.
So many faves…..today it is “Barrel and a Heap” from I Love You a Bushel and a Peck”..special secret words from my special grand daughter :}

So hard to choose one quote but “You are my sunshine” is special to me because I used to sing it oto my daughter when she was a baby
I have 2 favorite quotes, one is “You are my Sunshine”. And the other is from watching lots of tinkerbelle with my daughters “All you need is faith, trust, and a little pixie dust!”

I love the You Are My Sunshine sign in yellow. Years ago when DH and I were just dating, I wrote the lyrics to this song on yellow post-it notes and stuck it all over his desk. :-) Still have soft spot for the song.
I really can’t think of one right now.. I would be happy with any of her signs though. I love them!
Kristi finds wonderful quotes for her signs! But some of her best signs are her very own words. LOVE the “be real” sign.

I think my favorite quote for a sign would be my husband’s and my first dance lyrics, “Unforgettable,” by Nat King Cole. :)

I saw a sign once that said “Together is our favorite place to be” .I’ve thought for a while that would be perfect for our home. She has a ton of cute signs, though!

I love ALL the signs, but the “be…” one is really inspiring and the one about opportunity disguised in overalls is just so perfect for a home where you’re raising your children to be hardworking!
