Happy {giveaway} Thursday! I love Thursdays, don’t you? Well, today I have an awesome giveaway from one of my all time favorite sign shops, Barn Owl Primitives. Kristi, the shop owner, is such an awesome gal! You may have seen her designs in Target and other large chain stores. She’s amazing!

This ‘You are my Sunshine’ sign is one of my absolute fave signs! The fonts are perfect and the buttery yellow is to die for!
Krisit hand paints her signs and she has mad distressing skills. Her signs are distressed to perfection! She does a really good job on them!
Kristi made this sign for me for our master bedroom makeover. {the makeover is in the works. it may be awhile before its done!} She did custom colors for me and they turned out perfect! They are exactly right on. I love it! I know exactly where I’m going to hang it in our room.
This sign was inspired from an ad painted on the side of an old barn. I totally want this for my kitchen! What a cute saying.
Be Real. This is such a perfect reminder to be you and be real!
I want this quote in our home someday. My parents taught me the value of hard work and its something I most definitely want to teach my sons.

I heart the “You are my sunshine” sign. My mom sang this to me growing up and I try my hardest to sing it to both my girls each night before they go to bed! Beautiful work!
I have wanted a “skinamarinky-dinky-dink, skinamarinky do, I love you” sign (from the elephant show) since mt daughter loves that song. I guess thats not a quote, but anyway : )

I like the “sunshine” quotes. My decor/gift shop, Ndoors, is located in Jonesboro, Louisiana, the hometown of Jimmie Davis, a former Louisiana governor, who wrote and performed “You are My Sunshine”!

I love You are my sunshine because this is the song that calmed my youngest daughter as a child~now I sing it to her in college! This would be a great addition to her dorm room to remind her of my love!
I don’t know if I’m supposed to pick one of the quotes on her signs or another one, but I like her winter, fall, and spring signs. And if I could choose a new quote I would choose the verse, “I will lift up my eyes to the mountains, from where shall my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.”
