Happy Wednesday! Usually I post giveaways tomorrow {thursdays}, but I’m sure you don’t mind if I do a Silhouette CAMEO giveaway today, right?! Okay, so first I’m going to show you my latest Cameo project, Halloween Apothecary Jar labels using Silhouette’s Print and Cut feature. I’ll be honest, I haven’t used this feature much, but after this project, I am completely sold! I am seriously going to use this all the time now!
Halloween Jars
I used Silhouette’s NEW printable white sticker paper to make these creepy labels for my apothecary jars. Aren’t they wicked? LOVE them! And they were beyond easy to make.
Don’t know what a Silhouette CAMEO is? Its a digital cutting tool that hooks up to your computer like a printer. But instead of printing, it cuts out designs with a small blade. It’s pretty sweet! Read my full Silhouette Cameo review here.
Print and Cut
I won’t lie, I was a bit scared of the Print and Cut feature of the Silhouette Cameo, but now that I’ve done it and seen how easy {and freakin awesome!} it is, I am hooked. There is a lot you can do with this feature.
I simply opened these labels {design from Silhouette’s online store}, resized it, then hooked up my printer to my computer. Then clicked the printer icon and printed the design out with Registration Marks on the white sticker paper. Then hooked up my Cameo to my computer, clicked on the Cameo icon and cut out the designs. It cut the sticker labels out cleanly and then I put them on my apothecary style Halloween jars. SO EASY!!

Pinned an image about the giveaway today! Happy Wednesday!
I would love to make labels for some Halloweeen bottles and jars. My kids would love it!!
I love to cut wall paper paper for projects, as well as textured card stock. I have the original Silhouette from its launch, and she has been an awesome machine, sadly thou she has cut her last piece of paper.
I’ve been researching & comparing Cricut & Cameo. I would love to win! I would use the Cameo to cut fabric for several projects.
Oh pick me – pick ME!!
I would probably cut vinyl the most, but I have to say, these printable foils are very enticing!
Vinyl and anything else for kids crafts and projects
I was SO excited to see this giveaway yesterday. I have had a cricut for 5 years now & have really enjoyed it, however, I am beyond ready to try something new & have had my eyes on the Silhouette for a while now. I think if I were to win this prize package I would probably use it most often to cut vinyl with as I make alot of custom buckets as gifts for family & friends for all kind of occasions!

My wife would probably try her hand at subway art.
