it’s time for the Top 10 Posts of 2010 here on Craftaholics Anonymous!

This was one of my fave makeovers of the year. I took an old denim skirt that I wore in HS and gave it a whole new life with a great makeover. I learned that denim distressing is fun AND messy!

#9 Cutting Burlap Straight and Other Burlap Tricks

with burlap being so hugely popular, these tips and tricks were super helpful for all the burlap crafts this year.
yes, this was my “Year of the Zippers.” this is one of my fave zipper projects of the year.
I don’t remember what inspired this clutch, but i love how chic it turned out. All you need to make one is a suit jacket, magnetic snap, and a sewing machine.{yep, there is a tutorial for this :}
My all time fave main dish recipe. YUM! Healthy, flavorful, and filling. Davis and I LOVE this recipe and make it all the time. And I still get an occasional email from readers about how much they love these!
Such a great conversation piece at Halloween!
The twine heart took longer to make than i expected, but it was so worth it! This turned out stunning with the thick black frame around it.
Maybe I’m just in the Christmas spirit, but this tree skirt rocked my world!
I seriously peed my pants reading everyone’s endings to this statement! {if you haven’t read this post, you must go back and read it!}I had so much fun putting this post together. I plan to do more of these in the future.
{drum roll please}
Zippers were all the rage this year and so these were an instant hit! I still wear mine all the time and get compliments on them wherever I go. I sold them in my etsy shop and actually have a few pairs left that I plan to sell when I open my shop up again.
Thanks to each of you for helping make this year a fun, crafty ride! I can’t wait to start crafting up 2011 :)
happy crafting!!
Hi! I'm Linda, the craft addict behind Craftaholics Anonymous®, a craft blog. Crafting is cheaper than therapy, right? When I'm not DIYing something, I can be found taxiing around our 4 crazy kids or working out. Or shoe shopping... because you can never have too many shoes! Happy crafting! ♥

    Those black bean wraps look SO.GOOD. I will make them very soon that's for sure. But I'll have to buy 3 avocados because somehow avocados don't usually make it past the dicing stage and into the recipe. Oops. ;)

    Hi Linda, You did a great job on all of the top 10. Thanks for the denim distressing tips, as I've tried this (not too successfully) with my daughter's jeans. I'm seriously crushing on your tree skirt. Do you ever link to parties? I host Fabric Fun Thurs. and would love to have you stop by now and again. Hugs, Kim
