Crazy that Thanksgiving is ONLY DAYS away!! Yikes! One of my favorite Thanksgiving traditions is running the local Turkey Trot 10k race. It’s a great way to start off a day full of yummy food! This year I whipped up some cute Turkey Socks to wear for the race.
Thanksgiving Turkey Socks
I’ll feel so festive running in this funny turkey socks! And these turkey socks would fun for Thanksgiving even if you don’t run a turkey trot race!
Of course I had to give my turkey crazy eyes. Only adds to the fun of the socks. ha!
I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut heat transfer vinyl. If you don’t have a digital cutter, you can use scissors or a craft knife.
Supplies:
- Black Heat Transfer Vinyl
- Yellow Heat Transfer Vinyl
- Red Heat Transfer Vinyl
- White Knee Socks (I found cheap ones here)
I used Silhouette shape #31987 but tweaked the eyes to be bigger and crazier.
I’m hoping these crazy turkey socks will carry me to a new PR (personal record) at this Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot 10k! Fingers and eyes crossed. haha!
