I am loving the cooler temps! Fall is just so cozy. I have definitely been crafting away this fall. First up is this simple DIY Fall Sign that you can whip up in minutes! This is an easy fall craft for all skill levels.
I am obsessed with blue mason jars paired with fall decor! They add the perfect aqua hue to the warm colors that are traditionally used for fall decor. Are you a fan of blue mason jars?
I am still craving gingham something fierce! I found that adorable tan gingham ribbon at Michaels and had to have it. Its chunky and wide and perfect!
DIY Fall Sign Tutorial
I know you probably don’t need a tutorial on this, but just in case there are any questions, here ya go! :)
Supplies:
- 16″ x 20″ Chalk board
- 5′ Berry Garland
- Chalk {I like to use this chalk holder}
- Hot Glue Gun
- 5.5″ wide Tan Gingham Ribbon
*All supplies can be found at Michaels.
- First I wiped my chalk board with a wet paper towel and wrote ‘hello FALL’ with chalk. A wet chalk board makes the chalk show up better. I love using this chalk holder when doing chalk art. I just free handed the lettering. It doesn’t need to be anything fancy!
2. Then I looped the berry garland around in a circle twice to form a little wreath with it. Then I wrapped a small length of ribbon through the wreath and hot glued it to the back of the chalkboard so that it framed the ‘hello FALL” on the front of the chalkboard.
Super easy and super pretty! Make one to add to your fall decor this year! :)
