Scents of the Season

One of my favorite parts of the holiday season is all the wonderful scents and smells! I have so many great memories filled with delicious aromas and I hope to continue these traditions and memories with my kids.

Cinnamon is one of my favorites! I love to make my “famous” Homemade Cinnamon rolls around the holidays.

I like to place the dough swirls in the shape of a Christmas tree and then frost with green cream cheese frosting. And if I’m ambitious, I add colored candy “ornaments” on the tree. We usually devour this tree within 2 days! So the cool weather and the smell of cinnamon reminds me of this family tradition!

Candles make everything cozier! I always look forward to the day when I can pull out my candles and warm or burn them.

I added this delicious Glade® Limited Winter Edition Collection candle to my candle line up and I LOVE it! The scent is called “Under the Mistletoe” and it is to die for. I am really particular about candle scents and let me tell you, this candle smells perfectly of bright holly berries and fresh pine garlands. The Glade® “Under the Mistletoe” candle is only available at Target. You can snag a coupon on Target’s Cartwheel app.

Vanilla is another favorite holiday scent. I love to sip on my warm Cinnamon Vanilla Milk while snuggled with my hubby in a blanket watching the fire burn in our fireplace or watching a movie. Seriously, warm sip is heavenly! Its smooth, creamy, with a kick of cinnamon. Yum!

I am so excited for the holidays and these simple, yet powerful family traditions we have. Traditions don’t have to be huge and time consuming. Sometimes its just the small traditions that mean the most.

Celebrate the season with festive fragrances from Glade®. Spread holiday magic through the town with the scent of bright holly berries and fresh pine garland, featured in Target’s exclusive scent, Under the Mistletoe.

Hi! I'm Linda, the craft addict behind Craftaholics Anonymous®, a craft blog. Crafting is cheaper than therapy, right? When I'm not DIYing something, I can be found taxiing around our 4 crazy kids or working out. Or shoe shopping... because you can never have too many shoes! Happy crafting! ♥
