Fall {kissing} Ball

At least I think it’s called a kissing ball!! Correct me if I’m wrong. My mom has a cream one that I love. So I was trying to come up with a way to make one on the cheap and when I opened my hall closet and decided it looked so nicely oragnized a bit messy, and started moving things around, I came upon my bag of “dead” tennis balls. {yep, I’m a tennis player}. And it hit me, these would be perfect for a kissing ball. So I grabbed my nifty hot glue gun, some fall silk flowers, and transformed one of these sad little balls into a beautiful fall decoration.

Very cute, but I have never heard of a kissing ball!! The other thing old tennis balls are great for is for stretching tense back muscles. You take two and put them on the floor and lie on them with one on either side of the spine. You roll on them until you find a place that it hurts–if it hurts you know you have some tight muscles. Just lie there for a time..then move to a new spot. Works great.
