Spring Mantle

It was 70 degrees here today. Hallelujah! Spring is in the air! {we won’t talk about the snow on the forecast for Friday. ahem.} But my mantle is in full bloom! Check out my Easter / Spring Mantle! Just looking at it makes me happy! {see my Instagram here!}

DIY Spring Mantle decor. Love that rainbow felt ball garland!

I wanted my Spring Mantle to be colorful like Easter Eggs and pretty. So with the help of a bunch of florals from Michaels and my rainbow felt ball garland rolling over from my St. Patrick’s Day Mantle, I think I achieved that vibe!

The pink tulips I found at Michaels are screaming spring to me. And I’m dying over the pink ranunculus! I love them in the white pitcher a top my new minty cake stand. {I have a thing for cake stands, did I ever tell you that? I have lost track of how many I own now!} The grass in the tin on the right, the moss letter G, and the banner tags are also from Michaels.

I hand lettered the cute little spring wreath bunting. I layered cardboard pennants with colorful circle tags for a simple spring bunting. And yes, that is a boxwood wreath. Boxwood is not only for Christmas! I guess living in the south has converted me to a be a bit of a boxwood fan. I decorate with boxwood year round.

I seriously swooned over these pretty ranunculus when I saw them in the store! They are just perfect.

I didn’t have the heart to take down my happy rainbow felt ball banner! It just might stay up year round too. Its just so colorful and happy!

And of course, there had to be Easter eggs on my Easter Mantle.

Free Easter Printable

I found this great free Easter Printable from Yellow Bliss Road. I wanted to make sure to include something to remind us of what Easter is all about and what it means to my family.
