Hi I’m Caila from CailaMade! I’m so excited to be a contributor here at Craftaholics–it’s going to be a fabulous, craft-filled year! I’ve always been a creative person, but ever since becoming a mom, sewing and crafting have taken a higher priority in my life. I love to sew for my kids, and am passionate about teaching others the skill. It’s not scary, I promise!
I taught myself to sew four years ago by reading blogs, and I try to give back to the community now through CailaMade. My family and I live together in sunny Southern California, and this beautiful place constantly inspires my designs. I love color against a white background. I love breezy dresses, and bright button up shirts on boys. I love quick crafts, and hand-stitching by the pool. This year, I will be bringing some of this casual, sunny life to CA, along with easy crafts and sewing projects that everyone can enjoy. I look forward to creating with you this year!
