My favorite organization tip is to use a large bin with dividers to hold all the random little objects that I collect for crafting.
Storage Storage Storage. I find when organizing anything (but especially crafts) the more storage shelves/bins/containers I have the easier it is to stay organized.
Wow…after going through these rooms I am amazed and I think I also realized what my problem areas are…..I don’t have just one craft hobby. I do jewelry, scrapbook, embroidery, cross stitch, knit, crochet and general crafting…..plus, I am an artist of oils and I do photography! I need a room for each! lol
I hear THAT! All pictures of craft rooms I see are so neat and tidy. Typically it’s a one-craft person. I teach craft classes at our community clubhouse, and have six or seven projects in the works at any given time. Organization is the key. Neat and tidy is an unreadable dream.
My dream home will include a craft room…alas everything I own is crammed in a cupboard :( In the meantime I will drool through this tour – thank you!
OH my, Oh my!!!! Now you know I’m going to spend the next several hours writing ideas down for my craftroom, Thank You!!
My tip is when organizing make sure to use clear containers so you can see what you have packed in those containers. If you put them in containers you can’t see thru, out of sight out of mind! (You forget you have something.)
Can’t get the RRafflecopter giveaway to work .

Wow! What a round up! I am totally drooling over all these lovely rooms!
When I’m done working in my craft room for the day, I take a few minutes to put away my “stuff”. The next time I craft, I always know where everything is!
that is my problem! I don’t put stuff away and then I have a huge mess and no time to organize it. Nice to know I am not the only one!
I am still learning how to organize my craft stuff but I have got plastic shoe boxes and organizing them by themes such has holidays and stuff like that
My favorite craft organization tip is the rainbow – to store things together by color, regardless of WHAT it is (paper, ribbons, buttons, etc.)
Thanks for featuring mine in this list! There are some amazing spaces in there!!

Getting some fantastic ideas for my new craft come office and nail room
I love Chase’s studio, especially because it reminds me of my studio. I’m not done with it yet, but the fact that you all like it makes me think I’m on the right track. I also have a vintage sewing machine cabinet, tins, and pocket pouches where I store my supplies. Most of my studio isn’t matching (couldn’t sell husband’s furniture, so had to incorporate those pieces). I’m making my studio a garden theme because I spend far too much time in my garden. Originally, I gardened to produce “subjects” for my paintings, but everything I planted (Monet’s Seed kit gift) didn’t sprout. Many years latter I realized THAT MONET HAD 8 FULL GARDENERS, lol!!!!! Too late for me, but save yourself, DON’T OBSESS ON GARDENING YOUR OWN FLOWERS DO ART INSTEAD!!!!!
Your sewing room looks Amazing Linda. You are so Lucky Frances
You have some Great ideas.
Sure I will use several. Thank you for sharing……
