You Know You’re a CRAFTAHOLIC When….entries

craftaholics anonymousGood morning! I know you don’t usually see me on Saturdays, but after a crazy week, I finally sat down last night and over a root beer float, I compiled all the entries for this round of: “You know you’re a Craftaholic when…”

This post is pretty much guaranteed to make you laugh so hard you’ll get a stomachache….. and/or pee your pants. So make sure you use the restroom prior to reading. Just sayin. {yes, this *just might* come from personal experience. after having a couple of kids, laughing really hard has consequences haha!} And most likely, after reading this post, you’ll feel just a little bit better about your crazy crafting addiction.

The official winner of this round was Carol who said:

“You kow you’re a Craftaholic when the colors in your hair are not natural. The paint on your nails is not polish and the glitter on your face was not intentional.   You know when the paper stuck to the bottom of your shoe is not toilet paper but designer paper. I don’t want family intervention or 12 step programs, I want my friends and family to enjoy all the handmade gifts they receive, and I want my husband’s jaw to drop over my new sexy Silhouette!”

She won a set of nesting die cuts.

Below is the comprehensive list of entries. I have highlighted a few of my favorites. ENJOY!

Hi! I'm Linda, the craft addict behind Craftaholics Anonymous®, a craft blog. Crafting is cheaper than therapy, right? When I'm not DIYing something, I can be found taxiing around our 4 crazy kids or working out. Or shoe shopping... because you can never have too many shoes! Happy crafting! ♥

Hi….I just ordered my new cameo and I am solo excited. A question though can I use the machine to make invitations? Could I just design it using the software and then print? Or does everything need to be cut on it??? Thanks in advance

      Hi Denae,
Congrats on being a new Cameo owner!! Yes, you can design things and then use the sketch pens to draw instead of cut. So that would work great for invitations! Let me know if you have any other questions.
      happy crafting,
