This was one of my fave makeovers of the year. I took an old denim skirt that I wore in HS and gave it a whole new life with a great makeover. I learned that denim distressing is fun AND messy!

yes, this was my “Year of the Zippers.” this is one of my fave zipper projects of the year.

I don’t remember what inspired this clutch, but i love how chic it turned out. All you need to make one is a suit jacket, magnetic snap, and a sewing machine.{yep, there is a tutorial for this :}

My all time fave main dish recipe. YUM! Healthy, flavorful, and filling. Davis and I LOVE this recipe and make it all the time. And I still get an occasional email from readers about how much they love these!

The twine heart took longer to make than i expected, but it was so worth it! This turned out stunning with the thick black frame around it.

I seriously peed my pants reading everyone’s endings to this statement! {if you haven’t read this post, you must go back and read it!}I had so much fun putting this post together. I plan to do more of these in the future.

{drum roll please}
Zippers were all the rage this year and so these were an instant hit! I still wear mine all the time and get compliments on them wherever I go. I sold them in my etsy shop and actually have a few pairs left that I plan to sell when I open my shop up again.
Thanks to each of you for helping make this year a fun, crafty ride! I can’t wait to start crafting up 2011 :)
