St. Patty’s Day Linky Party

Now that Valentine’s Day is officially over, time to start bringin out the green! I haven’t decorated much for St. Patty’s Day in the past (ok, never!), but this year, we need all the good luck we can get right now with the hubs looking for a job and taking boards soon. So I made this cute “Lucky” green burlap pillow for the front room. Please let this be a lucky pillow!!

I am selling kits to make a Lucky Pillow in my *shop*.
I will also be posting a tutorial for this burlap pillow a little later in the week. :)

Ok, now for the PARTAY! I had so much fun joggin around and seeing all your awesome V-day crafts, I thought it would be fun to do a St. Patty’s Day linky party. This party will go until March 18, so feel free to come back and link up all your St. Patrick’s Day projects.

I only have 2 Rules:
#1 Link directly to your project post
#2 Link back (only projects that are linked back will be considered for features :)

*The code for the party button on my left sidebar.*Link away!

Anyway, I don't have anything to link too for this. LOL!! But I will enjoy seeing what everyone else comes up with so next year I can decorate.

While I love the adorable crafts you have here, and I admire your enthusiasm about St. Patrick’s Day, I do wish that you would use the correct form of the holiday’s name. There is no St. Patty. Patty is a nickname, of course, for Patricia. The term “Paddy” which is often associated with the national holiday of Ireland is actually a slur or derogatory term referring to an Irishman. The correct form of the holiday is (and will always be) St. Patrick’s Day. (This is akin to the disturbing abbreviation of Christmas as Xmas.) Please keep Patrick in St. Patrick’s Day!
