Farmhouse Christmas Vignette Idea

Christmas Decor Vignette :: Farmhouse Christmas Sign

Love a simple black and white striped ribbon bow! Very classy.

Supplies:

  • Circle Christmas Tree Sign
  • 2 Christmas Pine stems with pinecones
  • 1.5″ Black and White stripe ribbon
  • Scissors
  • Hot Glue Gun

DIY Christmas Decor

Place the pine stems over each other with the green ends on opposite sides. Tie a bow around then with the striped ribbon to hold in place. Trim off excess ribbon. Hot glue the ribbon and stem at the top of the circle Christmas sign. Then hang your sign and add small Christmas tins or trinkets for a cute and very simple Christmas vignette!

*Optional: Use wire cutters to trim off the excess wire stems on the pine florals, or you can bend them behind the sign.

I love cute little tins like these when decorating. But frequently, the little potted florals that I buy to put in them are too small. Here is a quick decorating tip I use so that my florals don’t get dwarfed by my pots!

Christmas decor trick

I use a plastic bag (great way to reuse those!) and stuff it in the bottom of the tin. Then I place the little potted floral on top and it fits so much better! The branches hit the tin at the right place and you wouldn’t know they were not made for each other. haha!

So that’s a simple way to make a Farmhouse Christmas decor vignette with a personalized feel with little effort. Hope you have a wonderful holiday season with your lovies!
