giveaway silhouette cameo

As you can probably guess, we have a huge Dinosaur Train fan here! This little guy loves dinosaurs and had so much fun helping me pick out which dino to put on his shirt and what fabric to use. {its not a “spikey dinosaur”, its a “Stegosaurus”. ahem}

Isn’t he getting so….big? love this little guy!

applique dino shirtHis GQ look. haha. ok, so I just caught him scratching his head, but it makes me smile :)

I used my Silhouette CAMEO to cut out the fabric dino and then I sewed it onto a plain white t-shirt with my sewing machine. It was really easy to do and I love that using a CAMEO makes it easy to get unique appliques. For a tutorial on how to cut fabric with a Silhouette CAMEO, click here.

Dust Cover: They made a snug, lightweight dust cover that you can slip on and off your CAMEO to protect it while its not in use.

silhouette fabric bladeFabric Cutting Blade: you know how you have fabric scissors and paper scissors because cutting paper dulls them? Well, the same concept applies to Silhouette blades. Silhouette has a new blue Fabric Blade so that its easy to distinguish which blade is for cutting fabric and which blade is for cutting paper.

silhouette double sided adhesiveSpecialty Media: Silhouette now has Double Sided Adhesive, Printable Gold/Silver Foil, Printable white Sticker paper, and Adhesive Magnet paper.

Silhouette also introduced a couple new colors of vinyl and new Glitter products.
