when we were first married, i probably would have said puppies. {i was so not ready for kids! lol} now, 2 kiddos later, my answer is definitely BABIES!! my adorable little cherubs beat any tiny dog… hands down. no contest. granted, there are plenty of cute dogs out there, but seriously, i’d so much rather deal with baby poop than dog poop. {ew!} and a lot of dogs shed their hair. yuck. AND don’t get me started on dog breath. ugh. its the worst!
we actually did get a puppy at one point….we named him Rusty. {yeah, guess what color he was. haha} Rusty lasted all of 2 weeks before we ended up taking him back. we just weren’t cut out to be puppy parents. don’t get me wrong, i love dogs. honestly i do. as in, i like to pet somebody else’s dog. not my own.
do you agree or disagree with me? well, head over to the Puppies vs. Babies online contest and cast your vote today! the winning baby or puppy will win $5,000. woot woot! such a fun contest. i definitely know who i am voting for. do you? go vote here: Animal Planet contest

I say puppies. They are just so fluffy! And they have cute little furry faces & I love how they romp about and trip over themselves. They are so silly! :) But they are still so eager to please & learn to “go outside” quickly. Plus they don’t cry in the middle of the night and you don’t have to take them everywhere with you, you can leave them home alone if you have to. They also aren’t as expensive! Ha, can you tell I’m still in the “so not ready to have kids” phase? :)
