Pretty Spring Mantle

Is it starting to feel like Spring where you live? After a gorgeous, sunny weekend here in Virginia, it is definitely feeling like Spring over here! {finally!!} I don’t know about you, but I am ready to kiss all the snow and yucky weather good-bye! We had tons more snow than normal this year. And the only way I know how to encourage more pretty spring weather it to whip out my Spring Mantle!

New here? Follow along on Pinterest for inspiration from around the web or post your Craft questions on our Facebook page!

spring mantelI used my easy fabric pennant banner  {click here for the tutorial!} and Glitter Easter Eggs.  And you know how much I love to repurpose old things, so I used an old minty green window to add some layering to my mantle. Spring Decorating Did you spy the Easter Bunny on there? Of course, I had to sneak him in there somewhere! {yes, he’s a Beanie Baby. Remember those? haha}
Spring Wreath And what about the wreath? Did you recognize this pretty little Spring Wreath from last year? I’m still in love with it! I love how feminine and pretty it turned out! The puffy white flowers and washi tape bunting are my fave. And those tiny bluebird eggs have special meaning to me.Spring Decor I have a thing for birds…and apparently my boys do too. They knocked off that cute little guy and broke off part of his tail feathers {you can see them by his feet. haha!} Little boys are crazy, aren’t they? You should check out this instagram I shared over the weekend of my 3 year old and the mess he made in my craft room!  Pretty Spring Mantle! #spring #mantleSo that’s my Spring Mantle! I had fun digging out my spring decor and breathing life back into our home with the bright, spring-y colors.

Have you started decorating for Spring? Have you done any Spring Crafts? I’d love to hear in the comments below!

Happy Spring!
