Pom Pom Mother’s Day Chocolate Bar Sleeves
Cute pom pom Chocolate Bar sleeves for Mother’s Day!
…..Oh and did you notice the peonies? I grew those peonies! You can see more of them on my Instagram!
This one would work for an everyday gift, but it’s funny for Mother’s Day! Don’t ever question why a Mom gets chocolate, right?
Of course, the sentimental one will earn you brownie points with Mom.
These Pom Pom Chocolate Bar Sleeves are super easy to make!
Pom Pom Chocolate Bar Sleeves Tutorial
- Printer {I used my Canon TS9020. Love the rear load feature!}
- Silhouette Cutting Tool
- White Cardstock
- Hot Glue Gun
- Mini Pom Pom Trim
- Chocolate Bars
- Scissors
- First I found a candy bar sleeve design and three different Mother’s Day designs on Silhouette’s Design Store. I layered them and resized as needed. Then I printed out the design on card stock with the registration marks so I could Print & Cut. (If you don’t have a Silhouette cutting tool, you can find a candy bar sleeve printable and cut it out with scissors.)
For printing, I’m using the Canon TS9020 because it is a powerful printer that does it all; quality scans, prints, and copies. It has a flip out touch screen, rear load option AND a cassette for regular paper. I use the rear load option for almost all my crafting! I leave the plain print paper in the cassette. That way the family can use it to print as needed and I can craft with it without having to change the paper.
2. Then cut out the sleeve with a Silhouette cutting tool. I use the Silhouette CAMEO.
3. Remove extra paper, fold, and then hot glue in place.
4. Cut and hot glue pom pom trim in place. Then gift to the awesome lady in your life!
