Monogram Christmas Wreath

I love boxwood! Not sure if its because I live in the south, but boxwood wreaths are one of my favorite things. So over the weekend, I put this classy boxwood Christmas wreath together. The candy cane striped monogram is so festive! Pairing boxwood with a fab monogram was the perfect pairing. {check out my Monogram Fall wreath!}

I felt like the wreath needed something else, but that white burlap bow just wasn’t cutting it. {and if you’re not following along on Instagram, run over and do it now!}

DIY Monogram Christmas Wreath Tutorial

christmas wreath tutorial Supplies:

  • 16″ boxwood wreath {I used a real boxwood wreath}
  • white craft paint
  • decoupage
  • foam brush
  • scissors
  • 12″ scrapbook paper
  • 10″ wood letter
  • Red Ribbon {not pictured}

*Note: I ended up not using the white burlap ribbon that is pictured. :)

how to mod podge 1. Paint the edges of the wood letter with the white craft paint. I did 2 coats. Allow to dry.   monogram craft2. Using a pencil, trace your wood letter on the back of the scrapbook paper backwards. Then cut out carefully with your scissors.

    So beautiful. I love this. I have a big letter B, so I think I’ll do something for Spring (if it ever comes).

    How did you tie up the letter to the wreath? And How did you tie the ribbons and bow together?

    This is adorable! I couldn’t find a boxwood, so I am using a Christmas pine wreath. I am also wondering how to tie that pretty bow around the letter and the wreath.
