Master Bedroom…. dum, dum, duuuumm….

Today I am taking you where few people have gone. A place where only our closest friends and family have been. Yep, our Master Bedroom. I feel slightly awkward showing people my bedroom, but oh well.
I’d been mulling over a few ideas for our bedroom for awhile. But if you’re like me, our bedroom is always last on the list. So it finally got done yesterday.

 I added the framed monogram above our headboard and a new earring holder with these awesome solid wood oval frames I got on clearance. (the big oval frame was org. $80, I got it for $20!)

 Yes, we need another night stand for the left side.

 Love how this turned out. It seriously is so stunning!
{I wish the lighting was better in our room so you could see how freakin awesome this turned out.}

My little earring holder with my sad collection. I really need to get some more earrings
Here’s how I redid my sweet oval frames:

 This is how it looked when I bought it. Beautiful, but wrong color.

 Got a $3 sample of red indoor paint from the hardware store.

I then painted on some dark wood stain and wiped off the excess. I let it dry and then I sanded the edges and did another coat of stain. I did this to both frames.
