I love pasta but as the summer months approach I like to whip up pasta that has a little lighter sauce to it and is a little more friendly during the warmer months. This recipe for a balsamic pasta was created using items I had already at home. I tend to avoid grocery shopping at all costs so this worked out very well for me. It is a very easy recipe to throw together, enjoy!
Balsalmic Pasta: -1/2 finely chopped white onion
-Take 2 cups of cherry tomatoes and slice into halves
- Mince four cloves of garlic
-Finley chop 1/2 an onion

Mmmm that sounds delicious and PERFECT for the hot summer nights! Thanks for sharing!
