Baby Wraps

When I found these on a friend’s blog, I just had to make one (or 3!). These wraps are so easy and comfortable and super cheap. Before you go out and buy an oober expensive wrap, check these out. I made 3 for under $10.
Here’s how: Go find cheap knit/jersey/or any soft stretchy fabric and buy 5 yards. A good place to look is the clearance fabric rack like I did. Then go home and cut 18″ x 5 yds strips (I got 3 out of my fabric, but it depends on how wide your fabric is to how many you can make). And ta-da, you’re done! Easy as that. And as long as you got knit or jersey, you don’t need to worry about finishing the edges. Watch this video to learn how to wrap it. And if you want to get super fancy, you can sew a cute fabric square in the center (like in the video).
I loved this wrap. When it got dirty, I just threw it in the washing machine. About those extra 2, my recommendation would be to share the love and find an expecting mommy or a new mommy and make her day by giving her one. :)
