Label Art + Handmade Discussion

Happy Tuesday everyone! hope you are having a great week! i have a little project to share that i made, a Label Canvas. i stole the tags and labels off Davis and I’s clothes and hot glued them to a small canvas to create a unique piece of art work. it was really fun to hunt down the labels and see what cool  designs there were.

piecing them together was like a lifesize game of tetrus!! i think that was the most difficult part trying to get them all to fit together. after snipping a few and rearranging a hundred times, i got it to work. i’m not sure where this little canvas will go in our new house, but i think it might be cool to put in Davis’s bathroom. its kind of a masculine look and i think it would be cool to use as the focal point.

I love making handmade items to decorate with in our home but sometimes I like to spurlge and buy handmade items from other crafters. Here’s a fabulous new site I found where you can buy, sell, and chat Handmade: Homemade Simple Marketplace
